The breakfast buffet offered a good selection. The room was clean with good amenities. Parking on site was convenient. I could easily access my vehicle. The hotel's proximity to local attractions made sightseeing easy.
The soundproofing was not adequate, and i could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

loud pipesunclear signage
i was disappointed by the noise levels throughout the hotel. the pipes made a loud noise whenever anyone used water. this disrupted my sleep quite a bit. the lack of clear signage for guest parking upon arrival added unnecessary stress at the beginning.

Wonderful Stay Near the University
great breakfastcomfortable roompolite stafflovely location
I enjoyed the great breakfast. It had a lot of choice (especially the pastries). The room was big and fairly comfortable. The staff were great, very polite and cute. The location being so close to the university campus was amazing too.
Only a couple of niggles I found, there was a power point and USB point on one side of the bed only. It wasn't very useful when two people are staying in the room.

The room had a desk. It was sufficiently sized.
The taps made noise. It sounded like trapped air in old pipes. Doors slammed loudly. The soundproofing seemed minimal. I could hear other guests at odd hours.

The staff was very helpful. The room had a dog bowl and a blanket. I also liked the buffet breakfast (it was delicious).
The WiFi kept dropping out. It made streaming Netflix difficult (very annoying). The room door did not shut properly without slamming it. The furniture in the room was a little worn.
